Contract Type: Permanent Salary / Benefits: Salary up to £60k + Car Job Elements The main purpose of the job is to be the lead for all Health, Safety and Environmental aspects within the business. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, you will be a member of the senior leadership team. Experience and highly motivated, you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, bringing a positive and encouraging people-centric approach to your work. The ideal candidate will have exposure working within a manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental regulations. Promoting a culture of safety throughout the business, this role is critical to minimising risks and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees, contractors and visitors to the business. Planning and coordination of internal and external audits and any actions arising in order to ensure compliance and successful renewal of external certification Coordinating investigations into HSE Incidents and managing Corrective Actions Managing Risk Assessments, Safety Inspections and reporting.
