We\’re searching for a Quality Engineering Automation Lead to own the automation strategy, build modern testing frameworks, and drive best practices across a collaborative engineering environment. This is a high-impact leadership role with a hands-on element—ideal for someone passionate about automation, quality, and scaling robust test practices across complex systems. Automation Tools: Selenium, Appium, Cucumber, TestNG, JUnit Languages: Java (primary), Python, JavaScript API Testing: REST Assured, SOAP, Web APIs DevOps & CI/CD: Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Maven Testing Approaches: BDD, continuous testing, performance testing (e.g., Experience: 10+ years in test automation, enterprise-scale frameworks, Agile/DevOps environments Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks across UI, API, and performance testing Embed test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable delivery Champion quality engineering and test automation adoption across product teams Mentor engineers and embed best practices for automation and continuous testing Define quality metrics and drive improvements in test coverage and effectiveness Troubleshoot flaky or inefficient test suites and streamline testing pipelines Work closely with QA, DevOps, and software engineers to refine automation strategy If you\’re a quality-driven leader ready to shape automation in a global-scale environment, we’d love to hear from you.
