Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and building long-term customer relationships with Banking and Insurance clients. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas by acquiring new clients, focusing on Consumer Banks and Insurance companies.
  • Develop a pipeline of potential future business.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.

Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in acquiring new clients in Consumer Banking and Insurance sectors.
  • Experience in selling BPO solutions.
  • Proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting solutions.
  • Ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for executives.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and results.
  • Effective interaction at all organizational levels.
