The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Under the direction of the SVP, the role will ideally meet or exceed sales objectives by promoting and selling BPO service offerings through professional sales techniques and building long-term customer relationships with Banking and Insurance clients. Additional duties may be assigned by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass sales quotas by acquiring new clients, focusing on Consumer Banks and Insurance companies.
- Develop a pipeline of potential future business.
- Maintain confidentiality of all company-related information and records.
Educational / Vocational / Previous Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in acquiring new clients in Consumer Banking and Insurance sectors.
- Experience in selling BPO solutions.
- Proven success in prospecting, pipeline development, progressing opportunities through the sales cycle, and presenting solutions.
- Ability to think strategically.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for executives.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and results.
- Effective interaction at all organizational levels.
