Key Responsibilities: Shadow and assist the commercial team and senior management with all aspects of estimating and surveying. Assist in preparing cost estimates for projects across various sectors. Support in preparing tenders, including measurement of different work elements. Assist in placing orders for materials and manage materials both on and off-site. Support senior colleagues on post-contract work, including site visits, attending progress meetings, vetting subcontractors’ invoices, and preparing and agreeing on variations.
