Company Secretarial Assistant – 6 month Fixed Term Contract My client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Group Company Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Boards and Trustees, as well as wider secretarial duties across the department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with financial services experience to contribute to a respected and mission-driven organisation. Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, paper collation, PDF/Diligent pack preparation, and minute-taking. Support the Assistant Company Secretary in meeting logistics and administration. Provide day-to-day company secretarial administration, including statutory filings, maintenance of registers, and coordination of FCA submissions. Respond to KYC, due diligence, and auditor requests, and maintain internal databases and filing systems. Support internal governance committees and cover for colleagues as needed. Previous experience in financial services is ideal Strong experience in meeting support and entity management. Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the office; Please apply asap to avoid missing out!
