gap personnel is recruiting multiple Packers to join our client’s busy warehouse team based in Shoeburyness.

Location: Shoeburyness

Pay Rate: £12.41 per hour

Shifts: Adhoc, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client in Shoeburyness is seeking Packers to join their busy team on an adhoc basis, supporting warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pack, weigh, and label products for shipment or storage
Work efficiently to meet daily targets in a fast-paced setting
Inspect items for quality and report any defects
Ensure all packages are securely sealed and meet company standards
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow all health & safety procedures and company guidelines
Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including stock checks and record-keeping
What We’re Looking For:

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Able to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
No previous experience required – full training provided
Ability to lift to 20kg safely is an advantage
