Our client is a non-profit organisation working with people to support their mental health and wellbeing. Established for over 30 years, they have provided services alongside a variety of statutory and voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) colleagues in Surrey and its boarders. They are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to work on a 6 month FTC.
Salary: £48,000 (FTE, pro rata for 6 months)
Hours: 35 hours
Duration: 6 month FTC

Location: Woking / Hybrid (minimum 2 days on site in Woking)
You will be working on a time bound transformation programme to integrate services, bolster financial resilience and sharpen impact across Surrey.
Some areas of the role will include:
Plan and Co-ordinate Translate senior leadership ambition into a detailed, six month delivery plan with clear milestones, works streams and risk controls
Drive Service Improvement steer priority projects to completion, using lean / service design methods to improve client experience, access and cost-efficiency
Enable Partnerships and Culture Change Maintain strong working relationships with NHS partners, local authorities and VCSE allies, ensuring every activity reflects the charities ethos of Supporting Wellness Together

Our ideal applicant will have/be:
- Proven experience managing complex service improvement or transformation projects in Charity, NHS or local authority settings
- Proven track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality without direct line management authority
- Success working with NHS commissioners and providers on partnership contracts or pilots
- Project Management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile)
- Lean, six sigma or service design tools
- Ideally you will have worked within mental health, substance use or broader VCSE experience
