The predicted salary is between 25000 - 28000 £ per year.

Required experience:

  • Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration.
  • Confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
  • Experience of running a probate caseload.
  • Utilise and maintain case management system.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, dealing with high value and complex cases.
  • Conveyancing experience, sales of properties, management of the client's estate.
  • Confident drafting legal documents, statements, and decision making.
