We are looking for a Garden Team Member to join our Facilities department in Bognor Regis. As a Garden Team Member, you will ensure that the grounds and gardens within the resort are maintained to high standards and will carry out effective garden maintenance tasks including grass cutting and management and maintenance of shrubs, hedges, flower beds, and trees. You will bring a high standard of presentation to the landscaped areas and carry out a range of ground duties including litter clearance, as well as being a hands-on part of the maintenance team.
Typical working hours cover a minimum of 35 hours per week, 5 days over 7, with weekend working at times.
You should have a willingness to learn and work well with others, have a positive attitude, and be team-focused. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to demonstrate excellent customer care is essential. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding workload are important.
It is desirable to have a UK valid driving license and experience working in a similar role, which would include cutting and maintaining grass, trimming hedges, weeding, and all other general gardening duties. Experience of driving and operating a commercial type lawn mower and having held a similar position previously is preferred.
