The Role: Experienced 180 Recruiter (Outbound Sourcing Specialist)
As an experienced 180 Recruiter at Stax, you will focus on sourcing and headhunting exceptional talent for highly specialised, frontier technology roles across Europe. You will work closely with our Founders and client managers to deliver outstanding candidates into Deeptech environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, headhunt, and engage high-calibre candidates for technical, engineering, and leadership roles across Deep Tech sectors.
- Build and nurture candidate networks, using both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Deeply understand client briefs, translating highly technical role requirements into targeted talent sourcing strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Work collaboratively with business development colleagues and client managers to meet hiring goals and deliver exceptional service to startups and VCs.
- Represent Stax within the Deeptech community by attending (or virtually engaging with) ecosystem events and meetups, where appropriate.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Recruiter: 3+ years' experience in agency or technical-internal recruitment, with a strong track record of outbound sourcing, headhunting, or talent mapping for tech or engineering roles.
- Technical Understanding: Ability to quickly grasp technical job descriptions and understand complex emerging technologies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (any German is a bonus!).
- Self-Driven: Highly proactive with excellent organisational skills; able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Deeptech Passion: Excited by innovation and eager to work with early-stage startups and pioneering technology companies.
- Location: Based in United Kingdom - preference to individuals who are in South East of England to meet with team occasionally or London based events.
