Our client, a Membership Organisation, is seeking an Interim Marketing Automation Specialist.
About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to assist in setting up automated communications within a new Dynamics CRM.
Responsibilities
- Creating, executing, and managing marketing automation tools.
- Supporting automation strategy in collaboration with the membership team.
- Developing customer journeys that trigger tasks based on user behavior.
- Creating templates in Document Core Pack for automated workflows.
- Curating onboarding content and segmented communications for members.
- Reviewing communications for membership renewals and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing or a related field.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing automation.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM.
Preferred Skills
