Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development, this role will play a key part in designing and implementing a leadership development framework that supports both current and future leaders. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs, create engaging learning experiences, and measure the impact of your initiatives on individual and organisational performance.
You will be an experienced L&D professional with a strong track record in leadership development. Comfortable working with senior leaders, you’ll bring fresh thinking, energy, and a practical approach to designing and delivering high-quality learning. Strong project management skills, an eye for innovation, and a passion for people development will be key.
