As a Flight Instructor, you’ll go beyond flying; you’ll inspire, mentor, and guide pilots to become their very best. You’ll combine your passion for aviation with your talent for teaching, delivering exceptional ground and simulator instruction. Whether you’re teaching initial training or recurrent, you will be challenging experienced professionals to refine their skills.

  • Facilitate Excellence: Lead engaging ground and simulator training sessions, helping pilots master core, specialty, or enrichment courses.
  • Create Impact: Develop and deliver tailored training materials, meeting the unique needs of each client and ensuring their success. Evaluate client progress, recommend additional training if needed, and celebrate their milestones as they achieve their qualifications.
  • Champion Safety: Stay up to date on aviation safety standards, regulations, and best practices, maintaining your instructor qualifications and commitment to excellence.

A passion for education and mentorship, with first-class facilitation and customer service skills. A commitment to aviation safety, standards, and practices. A CPL, MPL, or ATPL in the appropriate aircraft category, with the relevant flight time requirements dependent upon program. Flight Hours: Minimum total time of 2000 hours with 1500 hours multi pilot in aircraft category.
