Currently, we are experiencing demand from our well-established client base for one-to-one and group online and offline EFL/ESOL tuition in Manchester. We are looking to recruit experienced EFL teachers to join our team. Our educators deliver high-quality, bespoke sessions to our students.

Working hours & Patterns: Part-time, Weekends and Evenings
Salary: £15-20 an hour, depending on experience
Job Types: Part-time, Freelance
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored, interactive, one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions.
- Design individualised lesson plans based on the student’s learning needs.
- Track and assess students' progress, provide regular feedback to both students and parents, and adjust the teaching approach as needed.
- Effectively utilise online platforms, screen-sharing tools, and digital resources to engage students during virtual lessons.
- Maintain regular communication with the PE team regarding the student’s progress, track areas of weakness, and develop strategies to ensure students achieve their academic goals.
Essential:
- A minimum of 5 years of EFL teaching experience.
- An excellent track record in one-to-one & group tutoring.
- Experience tutoring in an online and offline setting.
- TEFL/CELTA qualified or equivalent.
- Willingness to provide an enhanced DBS check.
Desirable:
- Ability to use Mandarin to support teaching is not essential but advantageous.
- Ability to tutor other subjects/exams is not essential but advantageous.
