Destination Motorcycles is a leading dealership specializing in high-performance motorcycles from top brands including KTM, Gas Gas, Husqvarna, MV Agusta, and CF Moto. Destination Motorcycles is currently seeking a motivated Aftersales Advisor to join their team in Christchurch, Dorset. This role involves managing customer interactions in the aftersales department, ensuring smooth operations in the workshop, and maximizing sales opportunities for service work, parts, and accessories.

  • Handle warranty claims and ensure timely completion of warranty work, to the satisfaction of customers.
  • Organising all data capture to ensure that customers are communicated with effectively.
  • Ensure that aftersales customer satisfaction scores reflect the expectations of the business and manufacturer.
  • Maximise every opportunity for the sale of motorcycle parts & accessories.

Requirements:

  • Motorcycle licence (preferred but not essential).
  • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative without constant supervision.
  • A flexible approach to working.

Working Hours:

  • Monday-Friday 08:30 - 18.00, Saturdays 08:30-18:00 1 in 2* (1st April – 30th September).
  • Monday-Friday 08:30- 17:00, Saturdays 08:30-16:30 1 in 2* (1st October – 31st March).
  • *Day off during the week to be taken in lieu of Saturday working.

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus

Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays
