Hybrid Personal Training are looking for Personal Trainers to join our growing team. Hybrid Personal Training is a new premium fitness studio concept centred around Small Group Personal Training. Based close to Bank, St Paul’s and Cannon Street tube stations, we are centrally located and strive to deliver exceptional service and results to our client base.

Small Group Personal Training sessions have a maximum of 6 clients led by 1 Personal Trainer. Sessions utilise resistance and functional training, are full body focused and specifically geared towards building muscle and reducing body fat. We’re looking for trainers to lead our Small Group Personal Training sessions.

Having years of teaching/coaching under your belt isn’t essential for this role - the technical skills of being a great trainer are teachable over time and so what is important to us is your personality, team fit, enthusiasm and love for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.

  • Clear and demonstrable passion for fitness, training and helping others achieve their goals
  • Able to travel to our studio ahead of our 6am opening time
  • Level 3 PT Qualification (or in the process of completing it before end of July 2022)
  • Experience in teaching 1-on-1 personal training, small group personal training or large group fitness classes

Teaching Small Group Personal Training Sessions (45-50 minutes) Acting as a point of contact for clients to help with their fitness goals and transformations. There are a number of teaching hours available across morning, lunch and evening shifts as well as Saturday mornings.
