About The Role:
The Sales Operations Analyst will manage the day-to-day use of all tools within the gNS function, improve CRM experiences for Sales users, and provide support across Sales Operations. You will collaborate closely with global Sales and the wider RELX Sales Ops team to support the development of world-class tools and processes. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Ops, you will assist in ensuring seamless growth and Go-To-Market operations across all global markets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day relationships and support for all sales tools, including Salesforce, Gong Base & Engage, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Support the integrated tech stack strategy for the business, including metrics for ROI measurement and continuous ROI reporting.
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop and deliver best practice sales education on sales processes and tools. Drive and monitor adoption and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all sales-support tools to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Partner with the Senior Director of Operations to design and implement processes that promote efficient sales flows and high-quality data and reporting.
- Assess tools' efficiency and impact, foster positive relationships with collaborators and sales teams, and drive process improvements.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for regional constituent questions or issues.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data trends to drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Strong knowledge of tools such as Gong Base & Engage, Seismic, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
- Skills in working with external vendors and managing relationships.
- Understanding of budget management to deliver cost efficiency.
- Strong analytical focus.
- Process improvement experience with process map creation through Visio or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Admin certification.
- Lean Six Sigma.
