The experience, strategic approach and outstanding level of service are what Penn Chambers are known for. We are now looking to recruit a qualified Family solicitor to join our practice in Maidstone.
We have developed a trusted approach with unrivalled client care and work ethic and it's imperative that the successful candidate shares the same views. Our Family team provides a broad spectrum of family law advice (no legal aid) to mid-net-worth clients (within the £2-£10 M bracket).

Please note that this is a full-time role, working from our office and NOT remote/hybrid, 5 days a week.
- Family Solicitor at least 5 years PQE
- Highly technically competent in family law
- You will have broad post-qualification experience in family law, specifically dealing with divorce and family finance and Children Act work, and manage your own full caseload
- You will possess a passion for working in family law
- You will hold a current clean SRA practising certificate
- You will have a good LPC pass or equivalent
Preferred:
- You will have advocacy experience or express a desire to undertake advocacy at least at an interlocutory and pre-trial application level.
- You will be responsible for your own time management and be able to work independently.
