About the Role:
As a Commercial Conveyancer, you’ll be at the heart of our dynamic property team, handling a varied caseload of commercial property transactions. From acquisitions and disposals to leases and development work, you’ll manage every step with precision and care.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters from start to finish.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents.
- Liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, and third parties.
- Provide exceptional client service with clear, proactive communication.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure compliance with legal standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer, or legal executive with experience in commercial property with at least 3 years PQE.
- Proven track record of handling a varied and complex caseload.
