A rare opportunity, on a fully remote basis has become available for an experienced Conveyancer to provide support and to cover conveyancers who are absent and on leave to ensure their case load is managed and transactions continue to be progressed to exchange and completion. This is a perfect opportunity for a conveyancer looking to step away from handling your own caseload with a respected and well-established conveyancing team.
Dealing effectively with clients and introducers both over the telephone and in email to provide advice and assistance to them in relation to residential property matters in accordance with Company protocol using a case management system. Work effectively with or without assistants to ensure a positive experience for all clients. Title checking freehold and leasehold purchases where needed.
Requirements- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or highly experienced conveyancer
- Strong experience managing a busy caseload of residential property transactions
- In-depth knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures
- Familiarity with the Land Registry and relevant search platforms
- Accreditation with professional bodies such as the Law Society or CLC is advantageous
