Senior Content Manager Our client, a fast-growing digital consultancy, is seeking an SEO Manager to lead and execute advanced content and SEO strategies. This role is ideal for a highly skilled SEO professional with a passion for narrative, digital and a track record of delivering measurable results. A highly rewarding opportunity to join a fast growing digital consultancy with an innovative personal branding and SEO offering. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for testing the firm’s new SEO strategies, managing existing personal branding projects and using new proprietary SEO tools that have been developed in-house. This role is ideal for a highly skilled SEO professional with a passion for hands-on implementation and a track record of delivering measurable results. Requirements: 3–5 years’ experience in on and off page SEO; experience in conducting site audits and providing strategic and technical recommendations. A consultative background in an agency or similar environment with experience of managing client or stakeholder relationships with regard to SEO and content. Expertise with SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Screaming Frog, Advanced Web Ranking, Ahrefs (or similar). Deep understanding of website structure, crawling, indexing, and on-page optimisation Strong data analysis skills to interpret metrics and inform decision-making. Understanding of content marketing principles and creating content using AI. Excellent verbal and written skills to explain SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders. An agency background with client-side experience will be advantageous in this role. Passionate about LLMs, AI and the latest developments in SEO strategy, Bachelor’s degree. What We Offer: Competitive salary range (£40,000 – £45,000), with additional annual bonus of 5%-20% of salary 3 days a week work-from-home (WFH). 28 days holiday, plus the days between Xmas-NYE and two days per year paid for volunteering Friday lunch club (weekly restaurant lunch with the team and fractional mentors).
