A commercial law firm in London is seeking to recruit two Commercial Real Estate lawyers β one of 0 to 1 and the other of 2 or more yearsβ PQE. The team handles all manner of residential and commercial property-related matters from Landlord and Tenant to Construction and Development, Asset Management, Utilities and Property Finance.
The successful candidates will work on a wide variety of commercial property transactions to include secured lending and general commercial property advice, including:
- acquisitions and disposals
- providing property input into corporate transactions and general property support to the corporate department
- Real Estate Finance, advising on secured lending and the financing/re-financing of all types of commercial property
- lettings, licences and other related commercial landlord and tenant transactional work (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- general commercial property advice.
If you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in Commercial Real Estate/Commercial Property matters and if you are newly-qualified, you will have undertaken a seat in Commercial Property law.
