Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Working with both mechanical and electronic components.
- Perform soldering of electronic components as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

To succeed in this role, you should be a hands-on, technically inclined individual with strong attention to detail. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and excel both independently and as part of a team.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical education and/or experience in assembly or electronics-related manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills, with excellent hands-on abilities.
- Proven soldering experience and understanding of stock processes.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in an electronic assembly environment.
- Ability to read technical instructions, manuals, and drawings.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Flexibility to attend training in Sweden if required.
- Willingness to undergo and pass UK security vetting.
Preferred (but not essential) Experience:
- Familiarity with various computer operating systems.
- Experience using test software or programming tools.
