Job Title: Engineering Verification and Certification Lead Location: Stevenage (relocation support available) Working Arrangement: Hybrid – typically three days per week on-site. Role Overview: This role involves leading assurance and compliance strategies while managing projects to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery. You will be part of a collaborative team, committed to maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead the verification and certification process, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Manage and report on work packages, ensuring efficient progress and communication. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop testing methodologies for environmental, EMC, and electronic functionality requirements. Drive continuous improvements in integration and validation processes. Play a key role in delivering successful engineering programmes through effective leadership. Candidate Requirements: Proven expertise in verification and certification processes. Knowledge of testing methodologies for environmental, EMC, and electronic functionality requirements. Experience managing work packages, with a track record of delivering on time. Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with electronics technologies and products would be advantageous.
