Health and Wellness challenger brand based in London, offering a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) with a salary range of £40k - £50k.
MKJ Ignite are delighted to be working with a DTC Health & Wellness brand that is making a name for itself in the industry. The business has a broad product range across several categories and has built an amazing community of ambassadors and followers, making this role even more exciting.
They are looking to grow the Marketing team by hiring a new Community Marketing Manager to drive brand advocacy, awareness, and engagement through community-driven incentives. You will also manage two Community Executives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong passion for Health & Nutrition and/or Health & Fitness.
- Strong experience in Community Marketing, ideally for a rapidly scaling challenger brand.
- Proven experience of running successful brand events.
- Experience managing brand ambassadors and creators.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience working for a subscription-based business would be beneficial, though not essential.
In return, the business offers:
- A basic salary from £40k - £50k (dependent upon experience).
- Flexible working.
- Very regular social events.
