We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients family run business based in Thornaby. With over 50 years experience in the motor trade our client supplies many products and services to small and large garages ranging from but not limited to number plates, alloy wheel refurbishment, the repair/exchange of fuel tanks and vehicle radiators and much more. Duties of the role will include: * Working in a sales office taking sales queries * Processing sales using credit/debit card terminal * Speaking with customers via telephone and email * Admin tasks such as data input and composing of emails * Raising customer invoices * Inputting client invoices * Delivering of parts to local customers A valid uk driving licence and experience of using sage is essential. Hours of work: 35 hours per week, 8.30-4pm Monday to Friday Hourly Rate: £12 per hour Temp to perm after 12 weeks
