Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with McDonald’s standards
  • Drive key performance indicators including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and crew members
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and scheduling with a strong focus on cost control
  • Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
  • Build strong local community and customer relationships to grow the business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a McDonald’s Business Manager (or equivalent leadership experience within the McDonald’s system)
