Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance with McDonald’s standards
- Drive key performance indicators including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and crew members
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and scheduling with a strong focus on cost control
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations
- Build strong local community and customer relationships to grow the business
