The role #LI-DG1 The Creative Project Manager will oversee the production of digital content for the Marketing Acquisitions and Retention teams, managing each project from initial concept through to final delivery. This role requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills to lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that all deliverables are met within scope, on time, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager who excels in stakeholder engagement, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Management Lead End-to-End Project Coordination: Drive all phases of digital projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and on-spec completion. Develop Project Plans: Create comprehensive project timelines, set achievable milestones, and allocate resources effectively. Enhance Workflow Efficiency: Establish internal workflows that improve efficiency, streamline communication, and increase transparency across all stages of production. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them. Resource Allocation: Assign tasks strategically based on team members’ expertise, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure optimal resource use.
