The Firm

Our client, a Commercial law firm based in the West End are seeking a Conveyancing Executive to join their busy team.

The Opportunity

The successful Conveyancing Executive will be a highly organised and diligent individual who has excellent attention to detail. You will need to have a positive "can do" attitude and maintain a friendly and professional attitude within the firm.

Duties to include:

  • Completing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
  • Setting up Stamp Duty Land Tax payments
  • Completing and submitting Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with fee earners to address Land Registry requisitions
  • Obtaining policy certificates
  • Drafting letters to lenders to notify of completion of registration
  • Scanning documents
  • Renewing land registry priority searches
  • General support to the conveyancing department

This Conveyancing Executive is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm.

  • Conveyancing Executive/ Residential Paralegal experience
