This is a truly immersive, experiential product and property with a bed night of around $10,000 upwards. They are now looking for an exceptional Head of Sales to represent and raise awareness of their ultra-luxury property across the UK. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a commercially astute and well-connected individual to shape the sales strategy and drive growth within the UHNW market.
- Build relationships with top-tier luxury tour operators, UHNW concierge services, and private travel agents
- Represent the brand at elite industry events and webinars across the UK and Europe
- Create and manage marketing activations to support revenue generation
- Oversee CRM management to ensure valuable relationships are tracked and nurtured
- Act as internal client for digital marketing, social, SEO, and PR campaigns
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and market analysis
- Occasionally travel to the Southern Hemisphere to accompany VIP guests or oversee client arrivals
- Develop product, pricing, and inventory strategies to maximise profitability
Proven success in a senior business development or sales role representing resorts or properties targeting UHNW audiences.
- Established network of contacts in UHNW concierge services and high-end tour operators across the UK and Europe
- Track record of growing brand awareness and revenue in ultra-luxury sectors (hotels, lodges, superyachts, etc.)
- Experience with CRM systems and commercial strategy planning
- Flexible mindset – able to support operations seasonally and travel internationally as needed
