This Account Director role will see you lead a talented team of Account Managers and work closely with Ads specialists to ensure top-tier service delivery. You’ll also play a key part in commercial strategy, joining late-stage sales conversations, identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and supporting client growth with genuine value-adds and focusing on what’s important to the client.
The Account Director will:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers across a portfolio of FMCG & CPG brands
- Work cross-functionally with Ads, Ops and Content teams to align client strategies
- Join select sales conversations to help win and shape mid-market accounts
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
- Check in with key clients to ensure satisfaction and unlock further value
The Account Director will bring:
