The predicted salary is between 18000 - 30000 £ per year.
We are looking for a passionate, hard-working SEN Teaching Assistant for one of our partner schools based in Leeds. Role: We require someone who is compassionate with a firm but fair approach. We need someone with strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong trusting relationships with both students and parents. You will need a collaborative approach to work and work well as part of a team and on a 1:1 Basis. Responsibilities: * Work with smaller groups of students * Make sure classrooms are a safe and tidy space before the school day starts * Provide support to students who have emotional & mental health needs. * Help students adjust, learn and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioural issues Requirements: * Experience of working within a SEN Setting, prefrably with behavoural issues. * Familiarity with school administrative tasks and learning methods * Great communication and excellent organisational skills * Firm but kind and caring personality * The ability to build a trusting relationship with students, teachers and parents * Teaching Assistant Qualification (or expe) We are committed to Safer Recruitment and recruits to APSCo standards.
