The Best Connection specialise in supplying Driving, Distribution, Warehouse, and Industrial staff to a wide range of companies throughout the UK, from family-owned small businesses to some of the biggest names in the world. We are currently recruiting Drivers Mates for one of our clients based in Reading, RG2. Due to the nature of the role, candidates should expect physical/manual work, which may include heavy lifting. Main Responsibilities: * Loading / off-loading * Supporting the driver during long-distance travel * Removing packaging and placing items at the customer’s request * Must be able to lift up to 25 kg / 55 lbs Shift Details: * Shift start times: 06:00 – 10:00 * Shift finish times: 16:00 – 19:00 * Monday to Friday pay: £11.55 per hour * Saturday pay: £17.32 per hour * Sunday pay: £23.10 per hour * Overtime available after 8 hours paid at £17.32 Benefits: * Weekly pay, every Friday * Holiday pay * NEST Pension scheme * Personal Accident Insurance * Free parking on-site * Temp-to-perm roles available For more information, please contact the team today
