We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join the team at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High. Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High is an intimate 12-seat Chef's table experience on Level 60 at 22 Bishopsgate. Open for Dinner only Tuesday to Saturday for 12 guests. This venue takes the iconic Restaurant Gordon Ramsay to new heights, offering the pinnacle of culinary excellence in the city. Diners can indulge in the creativity and expertise of the chefs and front-of-house team in an atmosphere that is truly unforgettable with the most incredible panoramic views across London's skyline.

What you do as a Waiter/Waitress:

  • You pride yourself on having excellent product knowledge and going the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences.
  • You’re confident to run a section and supervise the junior members of the team.
  • You hold WSET L1 or L2 qualification or equivalent.
  • You thrive on teamwork and support the management team to guarantee guests always have a fully positive dining experience.
  • You’re keen to use your interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food and wine to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are constantly achieved.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience working within a Fine Dining or Michelin Star environment as a Chef de Rang or Waiter.
  • Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way.
  • Have thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards.
  • Can work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team.
  • Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills.
