You will work closely with teachers to provide one-on-one and group support, helping students to overcome learning barriers and develop essential skills. You'll also dive into the creative process of preparing lesson materials, motivate classroom activities with your support, and offer valuable feedback on student progress, ensuring every step of their journey is impactful and engaging!\\n\\nResponsibilities of Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (TA)\\n\\nSupport Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to create tailored learning plans that address the specific needs of each student. Regularly review and adjust these plans to ensure they remain effective and relevant.\\nOne-on-One and Group Interventions: Offer individual and small group interventions to help students improve their learning outcomes.
Use evidence-based strategies to support students in developing their academic and social skills.\\nEncourage Positive Learning: Teach and reinforce effective study techniques, helping students to understand and engage with their studies. Encourage positive interactions and model appropriate behaviour.\\nClassroom Support: Work alongside classroom teachers to implement learning strategies that promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support teachers in addressing learning challenges and fostering a culture of respect and cooperation.\\nMonitor Progress: Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and any interventions used.
