The company provides an outsourced service to various financial institutions, when it comes to selling property on their behalf. This team specifically supports the selling process by acting on their behalf and ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome.

The role:
- Identifying the most appropriate seller to market sell individual assets
- Entering asset specifications on to the system
- Liaising with third parties to progress each asset sale through to successful completion
- Building strong relationships with the above mentioned third parties
- Managing the process from the initial marketing of the asset through to successful completion
- Researching and comparing recent sales of similar assets
- Managing incoming enquiries
- Analysing local market conditions through liaison with vendors
- Always ensuring the best outcomes for all parties concerned
