Hours: Full-time | Leadership with flair
Salary: £32,512 to £36,150 per annum, plus bonus up to 20% (OTE up to £43,380)

What you\’ll be doing:

As our Showroom Manager, you\’ll be at the heart of our new showroom\’s success, leading a dynamic team to achieve business growth, drive sales, and elevate the Graham & Brown brand experience. You\’ll ensure everything runs smoothly from operational processes to customer interactions, and work closely with the Community & Social Manager to integrate showroom initiatives into the community.

  • Leading the Showroom Team: Inspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their best, ensuring high-performance standards are maintained.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Maximise sales through targeted initiatives, data analysis, and operational excellence, while ensuring every customer journey is smooth and enjoyable.
  • Brand Representation & Standards: Maintain the showroom\’s aesthetic and uphold the brand\’s values, creating an inviting, inspiring space for customers.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: Ensure every customer receives a personalised, memorable experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
  • Operational Management: Oversee stock replenishment, showroom floor planning, and the upkeep of equipment. Maintain operational efficiency while managing costs.
  • Community Engagement & Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and the community to increase showroom traffic and brand awareness.
  • Team Recruitment & Development: Recruit and onboard new team members, providing the training and support they need to succeed.
  • Strategic Planning: Lead the planning of promotions, events, and monthly/annual sales targets, ensuring alignment with business goals.

What makes a great Showroom Manager?

  • Proven experience in showroom or retail management, ideally within the interiors, luxury, or lifestyle sector
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving sales and performance
  • A passion for interiors and delivering excellent customer service
  • Commercial acumen, able to make informed decisions based on data
  • Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in digital tools and order processing systems
  • A proactive, highly motivated leader with a results-driven mindset

Our Showroom will trade 7 days per week and we are looking for you to be flexible across all trading hours.
