As the Senior Amazon National Account Manager, you’ll own the e-commerce strategy for our Amazon business, driving growth across both 1P and 3P channels. You’ll be the go-to person for managing key relationships, setting budgets, tracking KPIs, and fine-tuning content strategy. If you’re all about data-driven decisions, building strong partnerships, and boosting sales performance, this could be the perfect role for you!

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Own the Amazon Game Plan – Drive growth across all Amazon marketplaces, from pricing and promotions to product selection.
  • Lead the Team – Build and motivate a high-performing Amazon team, championing a data-driven culture.
  • Manage Key Relationships – Be the go-to person for Amazon Vendor Managers and AVS, and support Finance with account queries.
  • Optimise Product Pages – Work closely with Marketing to make sure listings are top-notch, with engaging A+ content and storytelling that sells.
  • Run Killer Ad Campaigns – Plan and execute ad strategies (think Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) to boost visibility and sales.
  • Keep the Shelves Stocked – Stay on top of inventory, making sure the right products are in stock at the right time.
  • Report and Review – Share insights and data with senior leadership, helping shape the bigger strategy.
  • Protect the Brand – Keep an eye on reviews and customer feedback to maintain a solid brand reputation.
  • Team Building – Help shape the team, advising on staffing and tools to drive success.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years’ experience in e-commerce trading, ideally with fast-moving, high-volume products.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon Vendor Central and its various tools.
  • Proven track record of growing Amazon sales – you know what works and what doesn’t.
  • A data-driven mindset – you like making decisions based on numbers, not guesses.
  • Solid leadership skills – you know how to build and inspire a team.
  • Creative, commercially minded, and a natural problem solver.
