We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with our founder and Head of Commercial, Tom, to drive new business and help shape the future of our sales operation. This role offers a pathway to building and leading a sales team, making it ideal for someone who’s ready to step up and own a key area of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Pitch ideas and proposals in collaboration with our creative team
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines and report on performance
  • Represent Dojo at events, networking sessions, and client meetings

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in media, creative, or tech
  • Strong communicator who’s confident presenting and building rapport
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and brand storytelling
  • Bonus if you’re already active on camera or creating content — we’re a video company after all!
