Are you an experienced Legal PA looking for a unique part-time opportunity that offers excellent work-life balance? We're recruiting for a highly organised, proactive PA to support a team of senior professionals in the Disputes team of a leading London law firm.
This role offers the rare flexibility of working 2 days a week (1 day in/1 from home for 3 weeks, 2 days in on the 4th week) - ideal for those managing another business, freelance projects, or personal ventures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide full PA and administrative support, including managing schedules, travel, and document preparation.
- Build strong relationships with fee earners, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist with business development, such as pitch materials, event coordination, and client communications.
- Support the billing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Be the first point of contact for clients and colleagues, responding to queries and managing communications.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Legal PA/secretarial role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong IT skills.
