Contract role in London - Insurance - Hybrid - must be available immediately to carry out a 3 month contract role.

Astral Legal have partnered with a global Insurance company as they are recruiting a Contract Legal Counsel on a 3 month basis to work closely with their Senior Legal Counsel providing legal advice across claims/underwriting functions and provide legal and regulatory advice on issues affecting the business. This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with the underwriters and other professionals across the business. You will assist in advising on legal advice around (re)insurance risks underwriting and other legal issues affecting coverage, manage contract documentation (including NDAs and TOBAS) and deal with claims matters. You may also be involved in advising on general corporate and regulatory compliance issues as and when required.

  • Lenders' endorsements
  • TOBAS

  • Marketing materials
  • General corporate and regulatory compliance issues
  • Other ad hoc legal support and analysis as required
