An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Internal Site Manager to join a leading main contractor on a landmark residential development in Southeast London. This high-profile scheme comprises over 130 new homes across four buildings, with a mix of private and affordable units (project is already at the 1st fox stage). The development is set to deliver high-quality living spaces with thoughtful landscaping and modern internal finishes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all internal works and finishes from first fix to completion
- Manage subcontractors to ensure quality, health & safety, and programme adherence
- Conduct inspections, manage snagging, and uphold high finish standards throughout
- Collaborate closely with the external site team, consultants, and client reps
- Ensure smooth handovers and timely delivery of each phase of internal works
Requirements:
- Solid experience managing internal works on medium to large-scale residential projects
- Strong understanding of fit-out sequencing and quality standards
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications
