We are looking for nurturing, resilient and highly motivated Teaching Assistants to join our wonderful support team. If you’re a committed individual who enjoys supporting children in their pursuit of personal bests, then we can offer you flexible work in your local schools.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
  • Location: Bristol
  • Position: Teaching Assistant
  • Type of work: Carry out professional duties, responsible for group support/1:1 support, ensure the safety and welfare of pupils, small group work, reading, forest school opportunities, support class teacher in delivering lessons
  • Start Date: Immediate - assignment on-going
  • Rate of pay: Β£105 - Β£120
  • Hours: 08:30 - 16:00
EXPERIENCE Desirable:
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (not essential)
  • Experience of working in Primary Schools
  • Experience of inclusive classroom practice
  • An understanding/awareness of supporting SEND requirements
  • Previous experience of supporting learning using a range of strategies, both with groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Drives (not essential)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold right to work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
