Performance Objectives
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of the 19-unit timber frame residential development, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Oversee groundwork, infrastructure, and superstructure through to final handover, maintaining quality and compliance at every stage.
