Project Overview
The development comprises 19 residential units of timber frame construction, designed to meet modern sustainability and energy efficiency standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the site, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and driving the project to successful completion.
Performance Objectives
- Take full responsibility for the delivery of the 19-unit timber frame residential development, ensuring all phases are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Oversee groundwork, infrastructure, and superstructure through to final handover, maintaining quality and compliance at every stage.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
- Effectively manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to project timelines and specifications.
