Senior Quantity Surveyor Devon Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to further your career with a forward-thinking, long-standing, award-winning contractor? If so, then please do read the below. My client is renowned for delivering quality design and construction services across a diverse range of projects, working within differing industry sectors. Due to a recently awarded housing regeneration project they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis. Our challenge is to find a suitably experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who will work on an initial £10m + residential new build housing scheme. You will be site based, reporting to a Commercial Manager and overseeing all financial responsibilities for the site. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering contractor or housing developments in excess of £10m. It is essential you are familiar with; * Producing cost plans * Producing commercial reports * Reporting to a Commercial Manager * Supply chain procurement * Valuations / CRV * Monthly reporting on costs, profit and loss * Final accounts * Excellent IT skills Offering a competitive salary, car allowance, private healthcare, the role will be site based so a full UK driving license will be required.
