This employed, Trainee Financial Advisor job in Hungerford is a highly exciting opportunity, whereby you will receive full support to obtain your Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning. Our client will put your through the training to obtain your qualifications, but also teach you the necessary soft skills on how to build long-lasting relationships with clients and win referrals. You will be assigned plenty of time during the normal working week to study, as it is in our client’s best interest for you to learn and achieve excellent marks. During your initial 18 month learning phase, you will shadow their 3 Senior Financial Advisors, to learn their different styles so that you can create your own unique approach. You will be attending client meetings in-person and via video, providing first hand experience of the advice process. You will support the team through providing administrative, paraplanning and note taking support during the first 18 months, while you work towards becoming qualified and authorised. Upon becoming authorised, you will be provided with existing clients to takeover servicing, many of which you will have already met from sitting in on their review meetings.
