Paradigm Housing Group is looking for a Senior Solicitor, a pivotal in-house role offering flexibility, meaningful work, and the opportunity to help shape our legal landscape. Hours: This is a part-time opportunity, offering 25-28 hours per week with a high degree of flexibility. You can structure your hours across 3 to 5 days per week, as long as they fall within our core hours of 08:30 – 17:30. About the role: As Senior Solicitor, you will deliver high-quality, in-house legal expertise across Paradigm, managing complex cases, advising senior leadership, and helping uphold our strong culture of continuous improvement and risk management.
