Role Requirements: CACHE Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential) Relevant experience in education or care in the UK within the last 12 months A genuine passion for making a positive impact in students’ lives Experience supporting students with challenging behaviour, autism spectrum conditions, and complex needs Strong patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills 2x References Why Join Us?
