We are looking for a motivated and organised HR Administrator to provide administrative support to the HR BP’s and HR Director for overall Employee Experience, including L&D, Advisory and Talent Acquisition, M&A and ad-hoc HR projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in human resources, great communication skills, a willingness to learn and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the shared HR inbox with the other HR Administrators and being the first point of contact for all general HR related queries.
  • Managing the onboarding process, including contract drafting, processing pre-employment checks and arranging induction sessions.
  • Processing all offboarding, including drafting leavers letters, calculating holiday entitlements, and informing payroll of relevant arrangements.
  • Drafting changes to terms and conditions letters and contract variations, as required.
  • Managing the probation process and supporting the People Advisors with family leave processes.
  • Supporting the HR Advisors/Business Partners with cyclical processes, such as salary and performance reviews.
  • Assisting with the roll out of the HR team policies and procedures.
  • Providing administration support to the wider people team.
  • Managing and updating employee data through the HR Information System.
  • Supporting the HR Advisors/Business Partners with note taking in employee relations meetings.
  • Supporting various projects being managed by the people team.
  • Working with the wider HR team, including talent acquisition and payroll, to provide a seamless experience for our employees.

Any business administration qualification would be an advantage, but not essential. Experience of working in a professional services environment is preferred. You will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to organise and prioritise workloads. Experience of all MS Packages would be an advantage as well as Teams!
