The Alice Lisle is a listed pub set in the New Forest countryside. Something of a dining destination, the pub has a great reputation for food, attracting a diverse mix of customers including families, walkers and local foodies.

The pub thrives in the summer months; we prepare fresh food daily and cater for parties and locals. We operate 7 days a week serving food from 12-9pm (8pm on Sundays). Jake, our Head Chef is proud to offer his menu and supported by the rest of the team you\’ll be delivering the best food for our guests.

What we look for in a Sous Chef:

• As a deputy to the Head Chef, you will take full control of the kitchen when they are away.
• Someone who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.
• A creative Sous Chef who can bring new ideas and create fresh dishes.
• Bring the best out of the kitchen team.
• Take pride in every successful service.
• A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role.
